Hi Mark and Karen, Really happy with the service from diy-karaoke: they arrived precisely when they said they would, set up the system quickly and then were very efficient in explaining to a complete technophobe how everything worked. The system was far better than the one I used last year. No mucking about with CDs etc. Around 10,300 songs all on a hard drive plus all the song lists and request forms you could wish for to make it easier for the host/ DJ. After the event, they arrived, once again, punctually and had everything packed away within minutes. In all, thoroughly recommended ! Charles |

Dear Mark and Karen, What a fabulous night we had with the Karaoke! Deliver and set up were excellent with easy to use equipment explained in a simple format making the party go with a swing. Even the more timid amongst us took turns with the microphone and blasted our ears with tuneful melodies. The standard of equipment and supporting facilities were outstanding state of the art, but simple to use making me as the host look like the next fat boy slim! Mark and Karen are consummate professionals, who leave you with confidence and the ability to run a wonderful party for any age with excellent facilities', including an all hours help line if you forget the basics!
